Regional Account Managers will play an integral part in representing the Southeast brand in market working directly with our client base in and around New York City. Responsibilities:
- Communicating with chefs and buyers to understand their needs and ensure expectations are always being exceeded.
- Building relationships with chefs and buyers by providing exceptional service, ensuring flawless delivery, and building trust.
- Ensuring orders are accurately captured and working with internal departments to facilitate fulfilment.
- Collecting and analyzing client purchase data to find new opportunities to better service clients.
- Resolving complaints and preventing issues from occurring.
