Job description

The Regional Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting Spoke locations and works to ensure regional spokes meet company initiatives. Working directly with the Regional Leadership, the Regional Operations Administrator supports Location Managers and their functions. Supporting the daily operation of the locations, this individual aids Spoke locations with back-up support for daily tasks as well as projects and initiatives and collaborates with the Regional Leadership to improve performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as a backup to location managers.
  • Supports all field related projects.
  • Supports field training on operations related processes
  • Works with locations to resolve inventory issues in a timely manner.
  • Provides on-site support/supervision for moves, training, and customer load-ups/exits.
  • Works with Regional Operations Managers to help diagnose causes for operational deficiencies.
  • Partners with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure that assigned Vendor Returns/Transfers remain compliant and on-time.
  • Aids General Managers with inventory cycle count processes.
  • Must be willing to work with multiple location General Managers on-site.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be articulate, analytical, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Must take initiative and be solution driven.
  • Ad-hoc work as assigned by manager, inclusive of providing training for field staff and operational procedures.
