What are regency jobs?

Regency jobs typically refer to positions within 'regency' organizations, particularly in countries like Indonesia, where a regency is an administrative division similar to a district. People working in regency jobs often hold roles in local government, public administration, or regional development. These jobs can include positions such as administrators, public service officers, planners, and support staff who help manage the affairs of the regency. Responsibilities may include policy implementation, community services, and local infrastructure management. Working in a regency job often requires knowledge of local laws, regulations, and effective communication with the community.

Job description

About this Opportunity:

At Regency Centers, we believe our greatest asset is our people, and we believe a talented team from differing backgrounds and experiences makes us better. We are seeking a Director of Operations Intelligence to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL or we may consider basing this role in one of our regional offices. The Director of Operations Intelligence will report to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as the strategic liaison between the leasing, property operations, information technology and Business Planning & Analytics (“BP&A”) teams to align operational priorities, technology roadmaps and business objectives. This role will drive process improvements, system implementations and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, tenant experience and portfolio performance.  This role will act as the Regency internal product owner of Salesforce, Tenant Portal, Deal Connect, Property Connect, and other relevant systems, as well as AI initiatives, impacting the Operations platform and other related applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Chief Operating Officer and the Managing Director National Property Operations to ensure business strategy, operational priorities, and technology roadmaps are aligned with the Leasing, Property Operations, IT and BP&A Functions.

  • Evaluate and streamline ongoing Leasing and Property Operations workflows by identifying automation opportunities including the use of AI, promoting process consistency across regions, and ensuring data integrity across systems such as Salesforce, JD Edwards, OneStream, and Microsoft 365.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Regency leaders and project team members.
  • Act as a change agent and systems champion while developing and executing communication, rollout, and training plans to promote adoption of new features and workflows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proven success in translating business needs into system capabilities and managing product lifecycle activities.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of JD Edwards or other ERP platforms, OneStream, and related CRE technologies.

* Regency Centers will not sponsor employment-based immigration petitions or applications for this position, including but not limited to H-1B, TN visa, or permanent residency.
