The rehabilitation clinic operates within a welcoming and well-equipped outpatient facility located in the heart of Anaheim, California. Our team works Monday through Friday, offering flexible scheduling options that allow staff to choose their working hours to better balance their professional and personal lives.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, functional mobility, and therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing advanced techniques such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities tailored to each patient's specific diagnosis.
• Document treatment outcomes and monitor patient progress while adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
• Guide patients and their families through rehabilitation exercises and strategies to aid recovery in a home care environment, enhancing their understanding of the therapy process.
• Educate clients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and post-recovery wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care and foster a holistic approach to patient recovery.
• Maintain professional knowledge through attendance at workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license to practice physical therapy in California.

• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and basic computer software for documentation purposes.
• Ability to demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• While prior work experience is not required, any exposure to clinical settings will be advantageous.
• Experience with rehabilitative techniques specific to outpatient care would be a plus.
• Familiarity with assistive devices and their applications in therapy practices.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, paired with a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, life insurance, and paid time off.
