In this role you'll take ownership of our training strategy, ensuring our pilots are competent, safety minded, skilled, and exercise excellent aeronautical decision making.
You’ll do it in a team that backs you - with support, resources and the kind of autonomy that lets you lead without concern.

Every decision you make will impact how we train our people to the highest standards, keep our guests and aircraft safe and deliver a world-class service. You’ll mentor the team and you’ll lead major training initiatives across both flight and ground school.

You’ll be part of one of the most exciting developments in aviation right now. We are a new luxury airline bridging the gap between commercial first class and private aviation, and you'll have numerous opportunities to advance and grow with us.

What you’ll do:

Direct all aspects of flight and ground training, ensuring pilots are trained to the highest safety and performance standards.

Lead major training initiatives, including the development of new training programs and the implementation of advanced training technologies.

Assist in the preparation of cost predictions and develop/monitor the budget for the Flight Training Department.

Ensure that all training programs are formulated and administered in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies and procedures

Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring training programs are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align training strategies with overall business objectives.

What you’ll need:

  • At least five (5) years of experience in part 121 Pilot Operations.
  • A320 type rating preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of common desktop applications.

At Magnifica Air, you'll work with senior industry leaders and help build our airline the right way from the ground up. You’ll have a voice, clear ownership, and meaningful influence over how we operate.

The highest standards for our guests, the same respect for our people.
