As a Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating patients in a home care setting, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, utilizing modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Documenting each patient’s treatment progress meticulously, noting responses and adjusting goals and therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Re-evaluating patient needs regularly to ensure that treatment plans remain effective and relevant, adjusting strategies to align with patient progress.
• Providing education and training for patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, assistive devices, and self-management techniques to encourage independence and maximize outcomes.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by attending workshops, utilizing professional publications, and networking within the physical therapy community to stay current with best practices.
