This position is entirely onsite within our outpatient clinic, allowing you to collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assistive devices, to promote recovery.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies tailored to each patient's specific goals, continually monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of patient treatments, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and responses to interventions.
• Provide education and training on therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques to patients and their families.
• Advise and recommend assistive devices to patients to enhance their mobility and independence in daily activities.
• Stay updated with the latest in physical therapy practices through professional development opportunities such as workshops and continuing education courses.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Your primary focus will be on outpatient individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This may include patients who have sustained sports injuries, undergone orthopedic surgery, or are managing conditions such as arthritis or neurological disorders. By providing specialized care and comprehensive treatment plans, you will significantly contribute to their rehabilitation journey.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with patients, their families, and healthcare team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A flexible approach to treatment delivery, with a strong capacity to adapt to patient needs.

• While prior work experience is not required, any practical exposure in physical therapy or rehabilitation settings is beneficial.
• Experience with specialized rehabilitation technologies or techniques is a plus.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our therapists.
