• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in the outpatient setting, assessing their physical condition and determining their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modalities tailored to individual patient goals.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment responses, and progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices.
• Provide training and education to patients, their families, and caregivers regarding rehabilitation techniques and the proper use of assistive devices when necessary.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving therapeutic goals, and effectively communicate these updates to the healthcare team.
• Engage actively in professional development by attending workshops, participating in peer discussions, and contributing to clinical education programs.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports-related injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain issues. As a Physical Therapist at Supreme Reflex Ortho Rehab Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, helping them regain mobility and achieve their personal rehabilitation goals. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in California.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other software tools related to patient management.
• Team-oriented with a flexible attitude towards working in a collaborative environment.
• No previous experience is required; both new graduates and seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings or Home Health.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
• Prior exposure to diverse patient populations, particularly pediatric or geriatric clients.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes a sign-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with employer matching, life and disability insurance, and additional perks such as paid time off and continuing education credits.
