Responsive recruiter
Benefits:
  • Paid Training
  • Paid time off
  • Training & development
  • Flexible schedule

At Stretch Zone, this is not a passive role. You'll be on your feet, working hands-on with clients, learning the body, and delivering real results session after session.
We're looking for someone who is driven, coachable, and comfortable working physically-not someone looking to "try something new."
If you enjoy helping people feel better, can stay focused through a full schedule, and want to build real connections with clients over time, this can turn into a long-term career.
We provide paid, in-house certification-what matters more is your mindset and work ethic.
What This Role Actually Looks Like
  • Back-to-back assisted stretch sessions (this is physical work)
  • Learning and applying structured protocols (not freestyle stretching)
  • Building relationships with members over time
  • Keeping energy high even when the schedule is full
  • Supporting sales through client experience and results

A typical day may include 4-12 sessions with minimal downtimeThis is not a sit-down job. It's not low-effort. And it's not for people who burn out after a busy day.
What You Bring
  • Strong work ethic and consistency (non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work for extended periods
  • Ability to connect with people quickly and build trust
  • Self-starter mindset - you don't need to be micromanaged
  • Interest in fitness, recovery, or bodywork

Nice to have (not required):
  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
  • Personal training, massage, or rehab experience

Responsibilities
  • Deliver customized assisted stretch sessions using company protocols
  • Track client progress and adjust sessions accordingly
  • Create a high-quality, consistent client experience
  • Maintain a clean, professional studio environment
  • Support member retention and engagement

What Success Looks Like
  • You can confidently run a full schedule without a drop in energy
  • Clients re-book and request you consistently
  • You follow protocols while still adapting to individual needs
  • You take initiative without waiting to be told what to do

Why People Stay Here
  • Paid certification and ongoing education
  • Clear path for growth and advancement
  • High-impact work-you see results immediately
  • Team environment that actually supports development

Read This Before Applying
You will be:
  • On your feet most of the day
  • Working closely with people physically
  • Expected to maintain energy and professionalism consistently

If you're looking for something easy, this isn't it.
If you're looking to grow, learn, and build something long-term-this is a great fit.
Application Requirement
In your application, tell us:
  • A time you had to stay consistent in something physically or mentally demanding
  • Why you think you'd be a strong fit for this role specifically

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone® means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one's expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
