What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead manufacturing process improvement projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline goals.

What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in aprocess or manufacturing engineeringrole, preferably supporting machining operations, finishing operations and semi-automated assembly
  • Proven experience withLean Manufacturingtools and methodologies (such as Value Stream Mapping, 8D, FMEA, or SMED).
  • Proficiency withCAD/CAM software(such as NX, AutoCAD, or Inventor) and familiarity with PLM systems like Teamcenter.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with everyone from production teams to senior management.
