Job description

EEG Technician

Performs standard diagnostic tests and special studies, which involve the operation of EEG equipment. Identifies artifact, describes abnormal clinical manifestations, assists in the evaluation of patients, collects data for quality assurance and assessment of patient outcome, monitors quality assurance indicators and ensures that equipment is maintained. REEG required within 2 years of hire.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Trade School Graduate of an accredited school of EEG Technology Required

Experience

1 year experience as an EEG Technician Preferred

Licenses

ABRET Registered EEG Tech Required
