Job description

Research Study Coordination:

  • Assist with recruitment, screening, and enrollment of study participants.
  • Coordinate and track informed consents across active protocols.
  • Distribute and collect study surveys.
  • Conduct participant follow-up and assist with scheduling study visits.
  • Maintain screening and enrollment logs.
  • Coordinate blood draws, oversee the exercise intervention sessions, and ensure timely delivery of blood and tissue samples to the lab.
  • Track study metrics and enrollment progress.

Data Management:

  • Enter, update, and maintain study and enrollee data in REDCap/Excel.
  • Perform data quality checks and basic data cleaning.
  • Organize and maintain study databases.

Regulatory & Compliance:

  • Assist with maintaining and updating regulatory documents, as needed.
  • Assist with IRB submissions, amendments, and continuing reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with IRB regulatory requirements.

Research Engagement:

  • Attend various monthly and weekly research meetings.
  • Assist with literature searches and reference formatting for abstracts or manuscripts, as needed.
