Job Summary:
The Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing tire volume, and expanding customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role manages inbound sales opportunities while actively developing new business, growing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to increase market share. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound sales opportunities and convert leads into new or expanded business relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional growth
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, market analysis, and customer engagement
  • Conduct customer visits and business development meetings throughout the assigned territory
  • Create and present customized proposals, pricing strategies, and service solutions to prospective and existing customers
  • Negotiate service agreements and secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure successful service execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities, customer interactions, and account activity
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and volume objectives
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Liberty Tire Recycling's services, capabilities, and industry regulations
  • Represent Liberty Tire Recycling professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade association
  • Other Duties and Responsibilities as assigned
  • Travel up to 50%

  • Experience in recycling, transportation, logistics, environmental services, industrial services, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
  • Experience managing customer portfolios and developing strategic account growth plans preferred
