Job description

Laborer โ€“ Recycling Yard Operations:

Weโ€™re hiring a Laborer to join our recycling yard team. This is an active, handsโ€‘on role working outdoors and learning how to operate several types of equipment used in our metalโ€‘recycling process. No experience is requiredโ€”weโ€™ll train you on everything you need to know, including how to run machines such as forklifts, skid steers, and our shaker separation table.
If youโ€™re reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable with physical work in an outdoor environment, weโ€™d like to meet you.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Work outdoors in our recycling yard, handling and sorting materials.
  • Learn to operate multiple pieces of equipment (training provided).
  • Assist with material preparation, cleanup, and general yard labor.
  • Support machine operators and help maintain a safe, organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and operate equipment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
