Job description

Seeking a lead recruiter who will be responsible for recruitment, screening, and selection of candidates in support of large government contracts and the State & Commercial clients. Additionally:
  • Delivering Strategic Recruiting support with strong ability to assess talent, prepare candidates for interviews, and close candidates and handle negotiations
  • Collaborating with a team of sources and recruiting coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development
  • Understands the talent market through pro-active research
  • Collaborate with the team to deeply understand hiring needs
  • Work with the team to develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria/questions for each role
  • Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre screen candidates while moving the interview process forward (includes phone screening and face-to-face interviews, administering technical skills tests, contacting professional references)
  • Lead other recruiters as Recruiting team grows
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of a variety of technology concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Engage and influence hiring managers and candidates and build relationships
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (Zoho) and other technologies for optimum efficiency
  • Other duties as necessary


Requirements
  • Good to have working knowledge of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) rules and regulations, firm understanding of current Compliance Laws in regards to recruiting
  • High volume, full desk/end to end recruiting experience
  • Must have 6 - 8 years of recruiting experience in technology space
  • Experience with Zoho ATS is a plus
  • Able to attract and close offers for key talent, in talent limited and competitive markets
  • Cultural Awareness - Possesses cultural insight and can work within multiple cultures
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, connecting that candidate with the right opportunity
  • Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
  • Utilizes recruiting system to open and post new requisitions, qualify candidates, schedule interviews, generate offers, and move candidates through the entire recruiting process
