Job description

ABOUT HAYS ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS

Hays Enterprise Solutions manages and strategically develops a defined portfolio of global clients across all Hays service lines and geographies — working at the C-suite level to increase market share, expand geographic reach, and deepen client loyalty. Our Outsource Services portfolio spans Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), covering everything from product development and sales through delivery, supplier management, governance, compliance, and technology.

OUR NEW ROLE

We are seeking a Recruitment Lead to lead the delivery of our RPO partnership with a major client in the energy and renewables sector. This role acts as the main point of contact for client stakeholders — managing a team of Recruiters and Sourcers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality, data-driven recruitment delivery. You will manage performance against SLAs, influence strategic workforce decisions, and maintain the kind of trusted client relationships that expand engagement over time.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

Your day sits at the intersection of client leadership and delivery management. You’re equal parts strategic partner and operational owner — keeping your team performing, your client informed, and your program improving.

Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong and trusted relationships across HR and hiring manager communities
  • Provide recruitment expertise, market insights, and strategic recommendations to Hiring Managers and HR partners
  • Resolve escalations and operational issues in a timely and proactive manner
  • Support account growth by identifying additional service opportunities and collaborating with the Client Director

Team Leadership & Delivery Operations

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to ensure consistent performance and high-quality delivery
  • Manage day-to-day recruitment operations, ensuring all requisitions are handled efficiently and in line with client expectations
  • Oversee workload allocation, capacity planning, and prioritization across the delivery team
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment performance, SLA/KPI achievement, and team productivity — implementing improvements where needed
  • Ensure adherence to established recruitment processes, compliance standards, and data integrity requirements
  • Promote a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize tools, processes, and delivery models

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience

  • 4–6 years of recruitment experience (RPO, agency, or in-house), with at least 2 years in a senior, lead, or client-facing role
  • Experience in fast-paced and/or high-volume recruiting in manufacturing, technical service, or corporate environments is required
  • Experience supporting remote locations across the United States and Canada in the energy sector, renewable energy, or an equivalent industry is highly preferred
  • Proven track record delivering against SLAs and managing client relationships at a senior level
  • Experience managing or mentoring recruiters or sourcing teams

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, and market trends
  • Proficiency in ATS systems — SuccessFactors preferred — and sourcing technologies
  • Data-driven approach to performance management, team productivity, and continuous improvement
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Comfortable working on-site at [client location] with the ability to manage a distributed delivery team

WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN

  • Base salary of $80,000 plus a 10% performance bonus — with compensation growing alongside account impact and delivery leadership
  • On-site schedule at client location Denver, CO office
  • PTO starting at 22 days, plus 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days — top performers earn unlimited PTO
  • Competitively priced medical, vision, and dental plans
  • 401(k) with guaranteed match and fast-paced vesting schedule
  • Continuous training and support through Hays Learning & Development
