Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing care for dogs and cats and is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The practice is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and offers experienced veterinarians the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused hospital dedicated to preventative care, high-quality medicine, and compassionate patient care. Working alongside a collaborative team, you will help deliver accessible veterinary services while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality preventative veterinary care for dogs and cats in a busy, community-focused practice. Responsibilities include performing wellness examinations, administering vaccinations, carrying out high-quality spay and neuter procedures, educating pet owners on preventative healthcare, and maintaining excellent clinical standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Manager and the wider hospital team to deliver compassionate, affordable veterinary care while contributing to a collaborative and supportive working environment. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian with a passion for preventative medicine and community-based care.

Practice Details
This community-focused veterinary hospital provides preventative healthcare for dogs and cats throughout the greater Rochester area. The practice specialises in high-quality spay and neuter procedures and vaccination services, delivering compassionate, affordable care to the local community, including low-income pet owners and pet rescue and adoption organisations. Salary up to $170,000 (Annual)
