Compensation: $85,000-$100,000

The Recruitment Manager will provide direct oversight, guidance, and support surrounding the workflow of the recruitment process. The Recruitment Manager will partner with various departments to enable business growth and assist in recruiting highly qualified home healthcare professionals to support our staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct oversight of a home care recruitment team
  • Support and develop all recruitment team members including regular professional development, meetings, teambuilding and morale.
  • Assist with sourcing, recruiting and hiring HHA/PCA candidates
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Analyze recruitment data and workforce trends to measure hiring performance through KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention, recruiter productivity, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Request and review recruitment documents to ensure compliance and accuracy based on regulatory practices.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with local businesses, HHA schools, PCA schools and candidates to enhance candidate flow and brand awareness of Always Compassionate Health throughout the neighboring communities.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire.
  • Flexibility to provide support in other offices, during orientation or other events that may occur outside of standard work hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Extensive experience with full cycle recruitment in a healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
  • Proven leadership skills as a supervisor/manager (team management)
  • Proficiency in navigating various technology applications to include MS Office
