We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for an established program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The program currently includes approximately 40 staff members and multiple service lines, and is seeking a strong, organized leader to provide structure, direction, and operational excellence while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of program operations and staff.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support a team of approximately 40 employees.
  • Establish and maintain effective systems, processes, and accountability measures.
  • Ensure program compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve program performance, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Address operational challenges proactively and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications
