Job description

We’re hiring a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our PACE team! In this role, you’ll provide holistic, participant-centered care to older adults, helping them maintain independence and quality of life while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. If you’re passionate about geriatrics, care coordination, strong direct patient care,  and making a meaningful impact in your community, we’d love to hear from you!

 Job Summary and Qualifications 

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

Required Education: BSN degree with an RN license and BLS Certification as well as Frist Aid

Required License: RN license

Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly.

Preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing management in a community home based setting preferred. 

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse
  • Bachelors Degree
