Provider Recruiting Manager

Nourish

Austin, TX • Remote

Full-time

Job description

About Us
Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.

Our mission is to improve people's health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.

Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We're an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.

In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

Learn more about our Series C here: Nourish Blog, Bloomberg, Fierce Healthcare, Digital Native, The Pulse Podcast.

This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we're solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.

About the Role

As a Provider Recruiting Manager at Nourish, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to improve health outcomes through better nutrition. You will lead and develop a team of Provider Recruiting Associates (PRAs) whose goal is to scale our provider network and ensure more patients can access the care they need.

You will report directly into the Director of Provider Acquisition and work closely with the broader Provider Growth team and cross-functional partners in data and operations. This role is full-time and open to remote candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to hit and exceed activity and output targets
  • Own rep skill development, diagnosing what's holding each rep back and building toward it
  • Review call and meeting recordings systematically, deliver feedback, and hold dedicated feedback sessions to reinforce best practices across the team
  • Own the team's daily and weekly activity scorecard, identify negative trends early, and translate them into coaching moments or escalate gaps to the Director
  • Lead a portion of the interview process for new hires and own the execution of onboarding and ramp milestones for new team members
  • Implement performance management processes in close partnership with the Director
  • Foster a positive, high-accountability team culture that reflects Nourish's values and keeps the bar high
You'll love this role if:
  • You have 1+ year of people management experience leading a team of sellers (SDR, BDR, AE, or recruiters) at a high-growth startup
  • You have a strong grasp of sales management fundamentals, including pipeline hygiene, input metrics, performance management, and rep development
  • You have experience hiring, onboarding, and ramping new sales hires
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of building trust with your team quickly
  • You know how to leverage CRM data (specifically Salesforce) to surface insights and inform your coaching priorities
  • Bonus: You have familiarity selling into or working with healthcare personas
We'd love to hear from you if:
  • You're mission-driven. You care about what Nourish is building and understand that every provider we bring onto the platform means more patients getting the care they need.
  • You're energized by developing people. You can quickly diagnose what's holding a rep back and you know how to build a coaching plan that actually moves the needle.
  • You lead with data. You're comfortable living in Salesforce and scorecards, not to report numbers up, but to know exactly where to focus your coaching energy.
  • You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. The idea of building the playbook while executing it doesn't intimidate you, it excites you.
  • You're a strong communicator with high EQ. You know how to deliver tough feedback in a way that motivates rather than deflates, and you build trust quickly with your team.
  • You don't manage from a distance. You're in the details of your reps' calls and meetings, not just the outcomes.
