Job Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Wealth Advisors Group (WealthAG) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong client-centric mindset with the commitment to continually improve business operations to support the LPL Financial corporate based advisors and their end-clients. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of operations specialists and serve as an escalation point for complex issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership while staying tactically close to the day-to-day operations
  • Consistently train, develop, and mentor a team of operations specialists through coaching, rewards & recognition, and by providing developmental opportunities
  • Partner with the Wealth Advisors Group leadership team to achieve departmental goals and initiatives
  • Identify operational deficiencies and address by implementing a new effective process to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Create, update and implement operational training and guides
  • Regularly exercise excellent business judgment while following compliance process and procedures
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to provide updates and provide the team a forum to address questions and/or concerns

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience with coaching, management, or leading a team
  • Series 7

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience using Smartsheet preferred
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules and hours as needed
  • Willingness to advocate for operational excellence, best practices, improvements, and efficiency gains
  • Requires very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range:
$72,203.00 - $120,407.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
