Job description

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment operations and create a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders in Michigan. This contract-to-permanent position is well suited for someone who communicates confidently, stays highly organized, and can manage recruitment activities with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with recruitment systems and coordinating multiple priorities while helping move candidates efficiently through the selection process.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and internal team members to keep the selection process moving smoothly.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system and related tools.
• Support recruitment efforts across the full selection cycle, from initial coordination through onboarding preparation.
• Communicate with applicants in a clear and timely manner, providing updates and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Assist recruiters and hiring leaders with administrative recruitment tasks, documentation, and process follow-up.
• Help organize onboarding steps for selected candidates to promote a seamless transition into the role.
• Use recruitment technology and internal systems effectively to improve efficiency and maintain process consistency.• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting support, or a related talent acquisition function.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and manage responsibilities independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
