This position offers hands-on experience across strategic and operational HR functions while providing exposure to federal contracting and professional services environments. 
The ideal candidate is pursuing an MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources Management and demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities. 
  • Assist with onboarding and employee orientation programs. 
  • Maintain HR records and employee documentation.
