PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a Recruiting Analyst who is passionate about finding exceptional talent and building strong partnerships. In this role, you'll support high-volume recruiting efforts, collaborate with hiring managers, and help deliver an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to manage the recruiting process from requisition through onboarding.

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.

  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to identify and present qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate interviews and serve as a trusted recruiting partner for hiring managers and candidates.

  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with OFCCP regulations, employment laws, and company policies.

  • Build and maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

  • Assist with recruiting analytics, reporting, and hiring process improvements.

  • Support recruiting events and other talent acquisition initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2+ years of progressive HR or recruiting experience.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and corporate compliance.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based recruiting tools.

  • Ability to build relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
