Do you love connecting people with the right opportunity? Our growing law firm is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Klie Law Offices, you'll play a crucial role by recruiting and building a team that can help us carry out our mission to provide exceptional service to clients with family law, employment law, and personal injury law issues.
In this position, you will attract, screen, coordinate interviews, and hire candidates for a variety of roles across the firm, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative professionals.

Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates
• Post job openings across job boards and recruiting platforms
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and professional networks
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
• Develop relationships with law schools, internship programs, and recruiting partners
Screen and evaluate applicants
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial video screenings to assess qualifications and interest
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams
Coordinate interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams
• Ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process
• Communicate clearly with candidates about scheduling and next steps
Support the hiring process
• Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment and hiring pipeline
• Coordinate with Operations and HR for reference checks and onboarding steps
• Assist in preparing and delivering offer letters once hiring decisions are made
• Help improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
Qualifications
At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus, but not required
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Premium/LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Professional discretion when handling confidential candidate information
