Job Location: Plano, Texas
Job duration: 12 months
Job Description:
Client is looking for:
  • Client's Talent Acquisition Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Recruiting Analyst.
  • Driving major Talent Development (TD) projects and initiatives to support the development of client talent and achievement of business objectives.
  • Reporting to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst, the candidate in this role will support Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Project initiatives by providing full life cycle recruiting support for experienced hire, operations support roles, as well as play a key role in working on client hiring projects geared towards staffing optimization.
  • This candidate may also be called on to support other TD, internal mobility efforts as the team is very collaborative.

Candidates will be doing:
  • Partner with Recruiters and TA Analysts on Workday job requisition or posting creation and approvals
  • Manage and maintain data integrity of Recruiting spreadsheets and reports
  • Create and manage compensation or offer spreadsheets and reports as necessary
  • Assist in full life cycle recruitment efforts such as candidate screening, applicant tracking system management, interview coordination and offer or onboarding activities
  • Participate in regular meetings to present and deliver key findings from recruitment efforts
  • Partner with Human Resources on headcount management and candidate information

Requirements:
Candidates Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, and/or equivalent professional work experience
  • One or more years of experience recruiting in a high volume fast paced environment
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading projects across organizations
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization (up to VP level)
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with demonstrated ability to manage multiple documents and reports in fast paced environment

Added bonus if candidates have:
  • One or more years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiter or Workday ATS
  • Prior Human Resources experience
  • Project Management certification
