Starting Salary at $60,000 and up

The Recruiter is directly responsible for the overall recruiting, coordination, and onboarding of new hires. They will post job openings, review resumes, conduct phone screens, set up interviews, and make offers.
Recruiter’s Major Responsibilities are....
  • Manage online applicant tracking systems; keeping information up to date on candidate’s status through the application/hiring process.
  • Consult with hiring managers to develop interview questions to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently.
  • Prepare job postings; works with supervisors to screen candidates.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
  • Conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers positions.
  • Coordinate virtual and in person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Make recommendations to hiring managers on candidates and salaries.
  • Prepare and extend job offer information for the candidate to begin pre-employment screenings.
