Cannon is growing FAST - and we need a high-performing recruiter who knows how to find the best talent in telecommunications, utility construction, engineering, and field operations.

We're not looking for someone to just post jobs. We're looking for someone who can build teams, create pipelines, and help scale a company that's actively building critical infrastructure across the Pacific Northwest.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
  • Build pipelines for hard-to-fill field and technical roles
  • Partner directly with leadership and hiring managers
  • Attend job fairs, industry events, and workforce outreach programs
  • Help shape recruiting strategy during rapid company growth
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within:
    • Telecommunications
    • Utility construction
    • Infrastructure
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills
  • Experience recruiting technical, field, and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume hiring needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with recruiting for fiber-optic, OSP, utility, or telecommunications teams
  • Experience with recruiting in construction and government contracting environments
  • Experience with workforce development and skilled-trades recruiting
  • Recruiting certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or AIRS (a plus)
