Job description

Sono Bello is America's top cosmetic surgery specialist, with 185+ board-certified surgeons who have performed over 300,000 laser liposuction and body contouring procedures. A career at Sono Bello means being part of a dynamic and high-energy work environment where every team member can make a difference. We love what we do, and it shows! We believe everyone deserves to have their best body today and pursue their best life now.
With 125+ locations across 35+ states, Sono Bello is rapidly scaling, and our Talent Team plays a critical role in fueling that growth. We're looking for a results-driven Corporate Recruiter to own and drive hiring for our sales and leadership teams nationwide.
This is not a transactional recruiting role. This is a high-impact, consultative, performance-driven position where you act as a strategic partner to the business, influence hiring decisions, and directly impact revenue through the talent you bring in.
What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales and leadership roles, from sourcing through close
    • Operate like a sales leader in talent acquisition, building pipelines, creating urgency, and closing top talent
    • Partner closely with executives and Area Leaders to align on hiring strategy, business needs, and performance expectations
    • Drive a high-volume, high-quality pipeline with a focus on speed, consistency, and results
    • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
    • Lead structured, consultative screens to assess performance, grit, and leadership capability
    • Manage and influence the interview process to ensure alignment, momentum, and strong decision-making
    • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and close rates
    • Own offer strategy and closing, handling objections, creating urgency, and securing top talent
    • Maintain clean, consistent data in Greenhouse to ensure visibility, reporting, and accountability
    • Act as a brand ambassador for Sono Bello, representing our culture, expectations, and growth opportunity

Who You Are
  • You think like a sales leader first, recruiter second- you know how to drive outcomes and close
    • You're competitive, results-driven, and thrive in a high-performance environment
    • You're a true hunter- you don't wait for candidates, you go get them
    • You build strong relationships quickly and influence at all levels
    • You move with urgency and manage multiple priorities without losing momentum
    • You're confident, direct, and comfortable pushing for decisions and accountability
    • You have high EQ and strong business acumen- you understand people, performance, and what "great" looks like

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting non-technical roles, ideally in sales and leadership
    • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or performance-based environment
    • Experience recruiting in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment (time-to-fill, pipeline management, etc.)
    • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools)
    • Experience using an ATS to manage workflows, scorecards, and data integrity (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
    • Experience partnering with hiring leaders and influencing hiring decisions
    • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Must be based in the greater Seattle area
    • Hybrid schedule: Mon/Tue/Thur in-office (Bellevue), Wed/Fri remote

Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation range: $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience
    • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
    • 401K with match, EAP, PTO, and paid holidays

Compensation Range
$31.25-$40.87 USD
Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
