Legrand is seeking a passionate and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid capacity on a contract basis in West Hartford, CT. In this role, youโ€™ll be the central hub of our recruiting engine, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate and playing a vital part in bringing top talent to Legrand.


What Will You Do?

  • Orchestrate the Candidate Journey: Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal teams to ensure a professional, positive, and memorable experience for everyone involved.
  • Champion Data Integrity and Process Improvement: Serve as a steward of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining meticulous records and identifying opportunities to streamline recruiting processes.
  • Manage Multiple Priorities Effectively: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by balancing competing demands, exercising sound judgment to prioritize tasks, and ensuring critical recruiting activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to Strategic Talent Acquisition Initiatives: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on special projects related to recruiting process improvements, talent analytics, and campus recruiting to support organizational hiring goals.


Education:

  • An Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required, and equivalent experience is accepted.


Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • A background in HR, recruiting coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Direct experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards for hiring in a corporate environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule on a contract basis
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
