NEW Permanent Physical Therapist Hospital-Based Rehabilitation

A well-established hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality evaluation, diagnostic testing, and rehabilitative care for patients with mobility and movement-related impairments.

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist performs basic and advanced diagnostic testing, develops treatment goals, and delivers evidence-based therapy to improve functional mobility and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic tests and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Analyze results to establish goals and adjust care as needed.

  • provide habilitation/rehabilitation services using current therapeutic techniques.

  • Organize and prioritize care based on patient and family needs.

  • Teach and supervise PT students, residents, or fellows.

  • Serve as a resource for clinicians, community partners, and state-level health organizations.

  • Support program development to meet emerging clinical needs.

  • Maintain accurate and reliable documentation of patient progress.

  • Participate in departmental meetings, in-services, and quality improvement initiatives.

Education & Licensure:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.

  • Current BLS certification.

  • All levels of experience accepted!
