Weโ€™re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Recruiting Associate (RA) to join our healthcare staffing team in Lewisville, TX. This full-time, on-site support role is ideal for a new grad eager to start in the recruiting industry, learn directly from seasoned professionals, and grow into a long-term career.

As a Recruiting Associate, youโ€™ll play a vital part in helping us place physicians and advanced practice providers with healthcare organizations across the country. Youโ€™ll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach, while learning the tools and techniques used by top recruiters in the field.

This is a high-volume outreach role where youโ€™ll engage in 100+ touchpoints per day via phone, text, and email to connect with providers. With dedication and performance, this role offers clear growth opportunities within the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Support senior recruiters by generating leads and sourcing candidates for temporary and permanent roles across the country
  • Reach out to healthcare providers through calls, emails, and texts to introduce job opportunities and assess their interests
  • Screen candidates to evaluate career goals, skillsets, and fit
  • Maintain and update candidate information in our internal tracking system in real-time
  • Create, update, and send key documents like Candidate Profiles and Job Overviews
  • Partner with Recruiting Consultants to craft effective marketing and sourcing strategies
  • Learn from experienced recruiters who will mentor you and help you master the fundamentals of healthcare recruiting
  • Consistently meet or exceed 100+ outreach touchpoints per day via phone, text, and email
  • Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to continue developing your recruiting skillset
