About the Role

The Associate Recruiter supports hiring across a variety of positions by coordinating recruiting activities, sourcing and screening candidates, managing interview logistics, and partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating an outstanding candidate experience while developing into a full-cycle Talent Acquisition professional.

This is an on-site position based at JSX Headquarters in Dallas, TX.

A Day in the Life

Every day is an opportunity to help great people find meaningful careers while ensuring an efficient, high-quality hiring experience. In this role, you'll:

  • Post job openings and maintain accurate candidate records within Workday.
  • Coordinate interviews by managing schedules, interviewer availability, and logistics.
  • Arrange new hire travel and interview logistics as needed.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens, evaluating candidates beyond minimum qualifications.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and coordinate interview processes.
  • Recommend candidate advancement or disposition based on qualifications, interview results, and business needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer recommendations.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline conversion to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and continuous process improvement projects.
  • Represent JSX at career fairs, networking events, and hiring events while promoting the company's employment brand.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for JSX in every interaction with candidates, Crewmembers, and business partners.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, customer service, or a related field (internship experience considered).
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
