Job Title: Recruiting Manager

Reports To: Director of Human Resources

Compensation: $60,000 annual base salary + incentive plan

Position Overview

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for building, leading, and executing the organization's recruiting strategy to attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent in a call center environment. This role reports directly to the Director of HR while partnering with business leaders to align hiring efforts with organizational goals and create efficient, scalable recruiting processes appropriate for a small and growing organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy, execution, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate is both a builder and a coach—comfortable owning requisitions while developing recruiting systems that support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Strategy & Leadership

  • Assist in developing and execution on a recruiting strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Director of HR and leadership team on talent market trends, hiring priorities, and workforce challenges.
  • Establish recruiting goals, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness, speed, and quality of hire.

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Own and oversee full-cycle recruiting for key roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
  • Partner with hiring team to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects the organization's values.

Process & Infrastructure

  • Assist with design to implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows that are scalable and efficient.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Assist with creation of standard operating procedures, interview guides, and hiring best practices.

Team & Stakeholder Support

  • Coach and support hiring team on effective interviewing, selection, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with HR on onboarding, workforce planning, and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally to support ongoing talent needs.

Employer Branding & Sourcing

  • Strengthen the organization's employer brand through job postings, outreach, and candidate engagement.
