Description
Position Summary:
We are growing our HR department and are excited to add another Recruiter to our team! The Recruiter will support hiring efforts across our property management portfolio, including leasing, property management, accounting/finance, and maintenance roles. This role will also provide hands-on support for HR projects and new-hire onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
  • Support the full-cycle recruiting process from initial resume review to delivering offers for all positions
  • Post job openings and manage applicant flow in the ATS (Spark Hire)
  • Proactively source talent utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
  • Assist with offers and pre-employment processes

Onboarding & HR Support:
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Support HR projects, employee relations, reporting, and employee file maintenance

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2-4+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish a major plus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 base
