The Recruiter will work directly alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts across New Jersey and New York. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by helping others achieve their career goals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, coachable, competitive, and comfortable speaking with professionals from various industries. This is an entry-level position with a defined path for growth into senior recruiting opportunities.


Responsibilities


  1. Source prospective candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and recruiting platforms.
  2. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective candidates.
  3. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
  4. Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and networking initiatives.
  5. Maintain accurate candidate records within recruiting databases and CRM systems.
  6. Build relationships with financial advisors, career changers, and recent graduates.
  7. Partner with head of TA to identify hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
  8. Support internship programs and campus recruiting initiatives.
  9. Track recruiting metrics and provide weekly pipeline updates.
  10. Assist in creating recruiting materials, presentations, and event invitations.
  11. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  12. Participate in weekly training and professional development opportunities.


Qualifications


  1. Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  4. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates.
