Salary: $50-$70k 1099 (based on experience + performance based incentives)

Overview:   

  • This is not a traditional HR role.
  • This is a sales and growth position responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented Loan Officers who align with our culture and growth vision.
  • The ideal candidate is competitive, driven, highly organized, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
  • Your success will directly impact company revenue, market expansion, and long-term growth. 


Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a scalable Loan Officer recruiting strategy
  • Source, recruit, and attract producing Loan Officers across multiple markets
  • Build and manage a structured recruiting pipeline
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for production, culture, and long-term fit
  • Present and communicate the Power Home Loans value proposition
  • Partner with executive leadership on recruiting goals and growth initiatives
  • Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve recruiting performance
  • Help establish recruiting systems, processes, and best practices as the company scales nationally

Qualifications Required

  • Recruiting experience and/or a proven sales background with documented performance
  • Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Competitive mindset with a strong desire to win

Preferred

  • Mortgage industry experience

Compensation
