Non-Invasive Cardiology HospitalistLocation: Appleton, Wisconsin•Provide inpatient, non-invasive cardiology care for hospitalized patients within a comprehensive cardiovascular program. •Join a collaborative team of cardiologists, advanced practice clinicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality cardiovascular care. •Practice in a modern, integrated healthcare system with access to advanced diagnostic and imaging technology. •7-on/7-off schedule, offering a balanced work-life arrangement. •Monday through Friday coverage is focused on one hospital location, with weekend coverage extending to two regional hospitals. •Participate in phone-only weekend call (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights) during scheduled work weeks. •Manage an average daily inpatient census of 10–12 patients. •Work alongside Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) support to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency. •Interpret and perform inpatient echocardiograms and electrocardiograms (EKGs), averaging 10–15 diagnostic studies per day. •Perform Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE) for both inpatient and outpatient cases, averaging approximately four procedures daily. •Provide TEE support during structural heart procedures performed in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. •Collaborate closely with cardiovascular specialists, hospitalists, nursing staff, and ancillary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. •Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of acute cardiovascular conditions. •Opportunity to practice in a well-established cardiovascular program with access to advanced cardiac procedures and technology. •Enjoy living and working in Appleton, Wisconsin, a vibrant community known for its excellent quality of life, outdoor recreation, strong schools, and family-friendly amenities.
