Tom Kadlec Honda is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team in Rochester, MN. This role is responsible for driving dealership sales performance, coaching and developing sales consultants, managing daily showroom operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with automotive sales management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
