Job description

As a CDL-A Driver, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Class A commercial motor vehicle to transport goods across local, regional, and extended routes. While driving is a key part of the role, this is a hands-on position that requires consistent physical labor in addition to time on the road. You'll play an important role in ensuring deliveries are completed safely, on time, and in line with company and regulatory standards.
What You'll Do
  • Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle (CDL-A)
  • Transport goods across local, regional, and long-haul routes as needed
  • Load, secure, and unload materials properly to prevent damage
  • Follow all DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and safety procedures
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues
  • Assist with manual labor, including lifting, moving, and handling materials
  • Work closely with customers and team members to ensure smooth deliveries

What We're Looking For
  • Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record
  • 2+ years of CDL-A driving experience
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service rules
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical, repetitive work
  • Experience with dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed trailers preferred; rigging, heavy equipment, load securement, heavy hauling, or construction experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays
  • High school diploma or GED
