HR Coordinator โ€“ Temporary

$20-21/hour

Location: Westborough, MA

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“4:30 PM or 8:30 AMโ€“5:00 PM

Assignment Length: 3โ€“6 months

Work Arrangement: On-site


We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, employee data management, and records administration. This position will work closely with field leadership and will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing employment changes, reviewing documentation, and supporting general HR administrative needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, validate, and update employee information within HR systems, including UKG/UltiPro and PeopleMatter
  • Process employee changes such as rehires, transfers, pay increases, promotions, and demotions
  • Review information submitted by field management for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare, organize, scan, and upload confidential employee documentation into personnel files and HR systems
  • Research employee data discrepancies using audit trails and supporting documentation
  • Review I-9s and other employment documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate with field supervisors regarding missing information, discrepancies, and documentation requirements
  • Respond to and triage HR-related questions from field management
  • Assist with vendor coordination, department mailings, supply ordering, and other administrative needs
  • Support additional HR projects and initiatives as needed


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of office or administrative experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
  • Strong data entry and records-management skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Comfortable learning and working within HR systems and technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and comfortable communicating with employees and leadership at all levels
  • Associate degree or some college coursework preferred
