Job description:
Duties of a Sales Associate:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process
  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting products that best meet their needs
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
  • Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records
  • Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Retail Appliance Sales Specialist experience preferred
  • At least 2 years of hands-on, full-cycle sales experience
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
