Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative team. This role is vital in maintaining smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient handling of clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, proficiency in invoicing softwares, and any experience in office or printing & signage environments. Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a professional manner.
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and work orders.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with production staff.

Requirements
