What does a record label manager do?

A Record Label Manager oversees the operations of a music record label, managing artists, releases, marketing, and distribution. They coordinate with artists and producers to schedule releases, develop promotional strategies, and ensure that music reaches the intended audience. They also handle contracts, budget management, and often serve as a liaison between the label and external partners. Their goal is to help artists succeed while ensuring the label remains profitable and competitive in the music industry.
