We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Label Sales representative in the Manufacturing industry. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, and has a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Domino Printing machine and will be able to demonstrate its benefits to potential clients. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or product line.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Use the Domino Printing machine to create product labels that meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative in the manufacturing industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, with a focus on account management.
  • Hands-on experience with Domino Printing machine.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build productive professional business relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
