A Reconditioning Associate is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and restoring vehicles to ensure they meet company or customer standards. This includes tasks like washing, vacuuming, polishing, and making minor cosmetic repairs. They may also assist with inventory management and vehicle movement within a lot or service area. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow established procedures efficiently.
