Receptionist

Squirrel Hill Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist for our facility! The Front Desk Receptionist will assist guests, residents, employees, vendors, and government agents upon entry and exit to the facility, as well as the on the phone. As the first point of contact for the facility, it is important the receptionist foster a welcoming and professional environment.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Provides outstanding customer service to all guests, residents, employees, vendors, and government agents who visit and/or reside at the facility; provides directions and/or escorts in an effort to guide them around the facility.

  • Knows all essential aspects of our facility operations.

  • Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all guests, residents, employees, vendors, and government agents who visit and/or reside at the facility.

  • Maintains inventory and stock of supplies, brochures, and collateral for concierge desk.

  • Works collaboratively with any facility associates and resources.

  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff, residents, etc. while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor.

  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks

  • Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.

  • Maintains lobby area(s) in a neat and orderly condition

  • Maintains facility phone list.

  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail, distributes paystubs.

Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Receptionist experience 1 year, preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to interact with all guests and owners, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy.

  • Must be able to follow directions.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Strong follow through skills
