Job Description

C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire HR/Receptionist in Jefferson City. Salary/hours for HR/Receptionist: $20/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR team with various stages of the hiring process
  • Enter and maintain accurate employee and applicant data
  • Prepare and distribute HR correspondence and employment-related documents
  • Support onboarding activities and new hire logistics
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to two years of administrative, receptionist, human resources or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
