Brown Carbonic Sales is a locally owned, family-operated business dedicated to delivering high-quality, locally made soft drink and soda products. We take pride in our reliable 24/7 service, strong customer relationships, and commitment to exceptional support.

We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team. This position will serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal staff while also supporting important administrative, purchasing, and accounting-related functions.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice review and processing support
  • Manage and coordinate the company’s purchasing process
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, orders, availability, and follow-up
  • Create and maintain purchase orders
  • Track order status and follow up on outstanding items
  • Help organize and streamline purchasing procedures across the organization
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with other office duties as needed
