The Department of Family and Community Medicine seeks a professional, dynamic, customer focused Administrative Assistant 3 to join our team and support our faculty, staff and students. This position will report to the Manager of Administrative Operations and will participate in the following functions:

  •  Front Desk reception to include answering phones, greeting visitors, and scheduling conference rooms.
  •  5R time entry for department faculty.
  •  Audio/Visual/copier/printer and conference room support.
  •  Maintaining the department directory.
  •  Faculty Success data entry.
  •  Creating and formatting documents in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Marq and other software.
  •  Pcard purchases and processing reimbursements. Mail distribution, ordering supplies, and inventory review.
  •  Maintain calendar and provide administrative support for the Vice Chairs of the Department.
