American Dental is a growing, privately owned dental practice, and we are looking for the right person to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, supportive healthcare environment.

We are hiring a Full-Time Dental Receptionist to help create a welcoming, 5-star experience for our patients from the moment they call or walk through the door.

No dental experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support. If you have experience in reception, administration, or customer service and are ready to grow with a strong team, we would love to meet you!

 What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Help patients with questions, treatment plans, and financial conversations
  • Use Google Drive, Google Docs, Excel, and Dentrix dental software
  • Keep front desk records organized and accurate
  • Work with the team to create a 5-star patient experience
 We’re Looking For:
  • Reception, admin, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Comfortable using computers and office technology
